​By booking with Lion Guard Guest House (PTY) LTD, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Reservation & Booking:
Bookings can be made via website, phone, email, or trusted third-party platforms (M-Pesa Lesotho 49288 & EcoCash Lesotho 94372). Valid guest information (name, contact, ID/passport) is required. Minimum stay may apply during peak times.

2. Payment:
Rates are in Lesotho Loti (LSL). A minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% secures your reservation. Balance is due on arrival or before check-in. We accept cards, cash, bank transfers and mobile money services like M-Pesa and EcoCash. 

3. Return, Refund & Cancellation:
No returns on completed stays. Cancellations 7+ days before arrival: Refund minus deposit. Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows: No refund. If we cancel: Full refund or alternative provided.

4. Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in from 14:00 PM . Check-out by 10:00 AM (late check-out: 20% of nightly rate). ID/passport and contact details as well particulars of next kin must be presented at check-in in case of emergency.

5. House Rules:
Max 2 guests per room. Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. No indoor smoking; cleaning fees don't apply. Guests are responsible for damages or loss.

6. Liability:
Not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Use facilities at your own risk. 

7. Privacy:
Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and GDPR. CCTV operates in common areas.

8. Governing Law & Domicile:
These terms are governed by Lesotho law. Country of domicile: Lesotho.

9. Amendments:
We may update these terms at any time; continued use implies acceptance.
